Our security guard training comes with a 100% money-back guarantee. If our training doesn't prepare you to succeed on the Ontario security guard test, we refund 100% of what you paid us for your course.
Who is eligible?
Any student who completed our security guard training and found it didn't prepare them to succeed on the Ontario security guard test.
You must ask for your refund within 30 days of the date you bought your course.
What isn't covered?
Fees you pay to others aren't paid to us, so we can't refund them. That includes the $35 + tax test fee paid to Ontario Security Testing and the $80 licence fee paid to the Government of Ontario.
How do I request a refund?
Within 30 days of your purchase, email tcn@ontariosecuritylicense.ca with your full name, your order details and a short note on why the training didn't prepare you, or call us any time at (647) 699-2509.
